Aeronautics Engineering

Aeronautical Engineering is a branch of engineering that focuses on the design, development, testing, and maintenance of aircraft, including airplanes, helicopters, drones, and other flying machines. It involves aerodynamics, propulsion systems, avionics, and structural analysis.


Eligibility Criteria
For Diploma Courses:

 

Completed 10th or 10+2 (Science stream with PCM – Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics)

Admission through polytechnic entrance exams or direct merit-based selection

For Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech/B.E in Aeronautical Engineering):

Completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics

Must qualify engineering entrance exams (JEE Main, state-level exams, IMU CET, or university-specific tests)

Medical fitness is required (eyesight and physical fitness for aviation roles)

For Master’s Degree (M.Tech/M.E in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering):

Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, or related engineering fields

Admission through GATE or university-specific entrance exams
